How we work with agencies
When you are fitting out a stand for a client, the problem is rarely the price of one banner. The problem is that the structures come from one supplier, the graphics from another and the installation from a third, and the day before the opening you are juggling three phone calls. Here all of that is one order.
- One logistics group for the whole stand. The same dates and the same address mean one visit. Rent a pop-up wall, two promo tables and four roll-ups and you pay logistics once, plus €5.00 installation per item.
- Installation on site. The installation fee also covers dismantling after the event, so you are not going back in the evening to collect cases.
- Coordination by dates. Collection is from 10:00 on the first day, return by 18:00 on the last. If the stand is built the evening before the opening, say so in the order and we plan the visit for that day.
- Printing and rental in one place. The graphic is checked against the cassette it will go into, so the size is not your risk.
What we need from you
- A list of items — what and how many. For example: 1 pop-up wall 3×3, 2 promo tables, 4 roll-up banners Strong 85×200.
- Dates — the first and last day of the rental, plus the build day if it is different.
- The event address — precise, with the hall or stand number if there is one.
- Print files — PDF in CMYK, 150 dpi for banners, 10 mm bleed, fonts outlined.
- Invoicing details — who the invoice goes to, if the agency pays rather than the end client.
With those five things the quote starts straight away. We answer within 2 working hours during working hours — Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat until 13:00.
Why a final price with VAT helps you
All prices on the site are in euro with VAT included and they sit on one page: stepped rental, printing per item, delivery, installation, cover, deposit. There are no hidden lines that appear after you confirm.
For you that means you can open the calculator in front of the client and quote onwards with a known margin, without waiting for a supplier to come back to you. The price you see in the order is the price on the proforma. The deposit is a separate line clearly marked as refundable, so the client does not read it as a cost.
The packages as a base for your quote
The site has ready packages — a fair kit, a small stand and a full stand with materials. Use them as a starting point instead of assembling items from scratch. A package is also easier to explain to a client, because it describes a whole stand rather than separate articles. If the configuration does not match, tell us what to remove and what to add.

The bulky structures — pop-up walls 3×3 and 4×3 and promo tables — are not accepted by the courier companies because of the size of the cases. For a stand with a wall, plan delivery with installation or collection.
Same-day delivery is possible in Sofia only. For Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas plan ahead, because the visit fee is set by zone and the van runs to a schedule.
Wholesale and B2B

Practical notes from experience
- The file check is free and happens before printing. Send the files as soon as you have them, not the day before the build.
- Approving the digital proof is the decisive moment. Once printing has started there is no refund on the print part.
- Standard print production is 3 working days. There is a 24-hour express (×1.35) and same-day (×1.60), but those also start after the proof is approved.
- Cancellation is measured in days before the rental: 7 or more days 100 %, 3–6 days 50 %, 0–2 days 0 %. The deposit comes back in all cases.
- For an outdoor stand, think about the cover. Flags and wind are the classic combination that ends with a broken fibreglass pole.
