How to reach us

We answer enquiries sent by email or through the form within 2 working hours during business hours. An enquiry sent on Saturday after 13:00 or on Sunday is picked up on the next working day.

When to call instead of writing

Email works well for unhurried questions and for files. The phone is faster in these cases:

• Your dates are within the next two days. Then availability is checked live and there is no time to exchange messages.

• You want same-day delivery. It is possible in Sofia only, and only if the item is in the base.

• You are renting a bulky structure — a 3×3 or 4×3 pop-up wall, a promo counter. Couriers do not accept them because of the size of the cases, so pickup or delivery with setup has to be arranged.

• You are building a whole stand and you are not sure what fits your footprint.

• You are in a hurry with print and considering the 24-hour or same-day express option.

If you call outside business hours, leave a message with your name and number and we will call you back.

Pickup from our base

Pickup is free of charge, from our base in the 24 Dimitur Mollov str., Sofia, within business hours. Rental items are handed over from 10:00 on the first day of the rental, and the return is due by 18:00 on the last day.

How to arrange it:

1. Choose pickup as the delivery method when you order.

2. Wait for the confirmation and the proforma. The item is handed over after the rent and the deposit are paid.

3. Tell us roughly what time you are coming, so the item is ready when you arrive.

4. Come with a big enough car. The case of a 4×3 pop-up wall does not fit in the boot of a small one, and an 85×200 roll-up banner is about 90 cm long.

5. When returning, bring the structure in the same bag. A missing bag or case is a €18.00 fee.

For agencies and print shops

Company details for invoicing

Prices on the site are in euro with VAT included. A net amount without VAT appears only on the proforma and the invoice. The payment details are stated on the proforma.

What to put in your enquiry

So that we can answer with a firm price the first time, tell us:

• what you need — a product or the size of your stand;

• the start and end date of the rental;

• the town and address for delivery, or whether you will collect it yourself;

• whether you need print and whether you already have a file;

• whether you need setup on site;

• invoicing details, if the order is for a company.

If you have a print file, attach it — the file check is free and we do it before printing. Before we print, we send you a digital proof for approval.
