Delivery, setup and return

Four ways to get your order

You pick the method at checkout. The fee is shown in the cart before you confirm.

1. Pickup from our base

Sofia, 24 Dimitur Mollov str., Sofia. No fee. Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat until 13:00. Rental items are handed over from 10:00 on the first day of the rental.

This is the only option for bulky structures if you do not want delivery with setup. Bring a big enough car — the case of a 4×3 pop-up wall does not fit in the boot of a small one.

2. Courier office

€19.00 for a rental shipment, €4.90 for a print shipment. Print ships free when the print value is above €120.00. Courier: Speedy. Order by 15:00, at least 1 day in advance.

3. Courier to your address

€28.00 for a rental shipment, €6.90 for a print shipment. Print ships free when the print value is above €120.00. Courier: Econt. Order by 15:00, at least 1 day in advance.

4. Delivery with setup and teardown

For rental structures only. You pay a visit fee by zone plus €5.00 setup per piece. The teardown after the event is included in the setup fee. Order by 12:00, at least 2 days in advance.

Visit fees by zone

The visit fee covers one trip there and back, not one per item. Setup is charged per piece.

One logistics group

Logistics is charged once for everything that shares the same dates and the same address.

An example: for a stand in Sofia you rent a 3×3 pop-up wall, two promo counters and four roll-up banners. You pay the €30.00 visit fee plus €5.00 setup for each of the seven pieces. You do not pay €30.00 seven times.

If part of the items goes to a different address or for different dates, that is a second logistics group and the visit fee applies again.

Bulky structures and couriers

Courier companies do not accept the bulky structures, because of the size of their cases:

• 3×3 straight pop-up wall;
• 4×3 curved pop-up wall;
• folding promo counter with cover.

For those, choose pickup from the base or delivery with setup. If you put such an item in a cart with courier delivery, we will call you to change the shipping method.

Roll-up banners, teardrop flags and Z-displays travel with a courier without any problem.

Order cutoffs

Orders after the cutoff are processed the next working day. For print orders the production time is added to the delivery time — 3 working days as standard, with express options of 24 hours or same day.

Same-day delivery

Possible in Sofia only, and only if the item is free and in the base. Call +359 87 996 1450 so we can check availability before you order — the phone is faster than email for this.

Returns

The return deadline is 18:00 on the last day of the rental.

• You bring it back yourself — no fee, within business hours.
• By courier — the return is paid separately at the same rate: €19.00 from a courier office, €28.00 from an address. So delivery and return by courier to an address means two times €28.00.
• With delivery and setup — teardown and collection are included in the €5.00 per piece setup fee. There is no second charge.

After the return

We inspect the item and release the deposit within 2 working days. After that we keep a 1 day buffer for preparation before the item goes out on rent again.
