At an event the message does not sit in one place; it follows the visitor — entrance, registration, corridor to the hall. So the set is not three identical banners but one showpiece and two light ones.
The double-sided one at the door
At a doorway people move in both directions. A single banner serves half of them. The double-sided stand gives two graphics on one footprint: welcome and programme facing in, thanks and contacts facing out.
X banners for wayfinding
A direction sign should not cost as much as a showpiece. X banners assemble in two minutes, weigh about a kilo and can be moved by one person mid-event.
