Rental and prices

How is the price calculated for more days?

In steps. Each step applies only to the days that fall inside it. On the standard tariff the first day is 100 % of the daily price, days 2–3 are 80 % each, days 4–7 are 65 %, days 8–14 are 50 %, days 15–30 are 40 %, and from day 31 onwards 30 %. A roll-up at €10.00/day for 3 days works out at €10.00 + €8.00 + €8.00 = €26.00.

Why does a pop-up wall have a different tariff?

Large structures step down more gently because they involve installation. There days 2–3 are 85 % each, days 4–7 are 70 %, days 8–14 are 60 %, days 15–30 are 50 % and from day 31 onwards 40 %.

What is the minimum rental?

One day. There is no minimum order value for rental and no minimum number of items.

Is printing included in the daily price?

No. Printing is a one-off production cost per item, paid once no matter how many days you rent. For a roll-up 85×200 the 510 g vinyl is €24.00 and the PP film is €19.00.

What happens to the graphic after the rental?

It stays with you. You only return the structure with its bag. If you rent the same model next time, you fit your own graphic again and pay only the rental.

Can I rent just the structure?

Yes. In the printing options choose the no-print option at €0.00. You bring your own graphic and it is fitted to our cassette.

From what time do I collect and by when do I return?

Collection is from 10:00 on the first day, return by 18:00 on the last. After the return we keep the item for 1 day for checking and preparation, so it is not free immediately after you.

Delivery and installation

How much is delivery to Plovdiv?

With installation and dismantling, the visit fee for the Plovdiv and southern Bulgaria zone is €60.00 plus €5.00 installation per item. If the structure travels by courier it is €19.00 to a courier office or €28.00 to an address, and the return leg is paid separately at the same rate.

Why is a pop-up wall not sent by courier?

Because of the size of the case. Courier companies do not accept the bulky structures — pop-up walls 3×3 and 4×3 and promo tables. For those choose delivery with installation or collection from the base.

Is there free delivery?

Collection from our base in Sofia, 24 Dimitur Mollov str., Sofia, is free of charge. For printed materials delivery is free when the print value is over €120.00.

By when do I have to book delivery with installation?

By 12:00 and at least 2 days in advance. For a courier the cut-off is 15:00 and at least 1 day in advance.

If I rent a wall, two tables and four banners, do I pay delivery for each?

No. With the same dates and the same address the logistics is one group and is charged once. Only installation is added on top — €5.00 per item, which also covers dismantling.

Is same-day delivery possible?

In Sofia only. For other cities the advance booking deadlines apply.

Deposit and damage

When is the deposit released?

Within 2 working days after the structure is returned and checked.

Is the deposit charged to my card?

No. The deposit is handled on a proforma invoice and no card is blocked.

What does the 8 % minor damage cover include?

It is 8 % of the rental and covers up to €300.00. It covers a torn graphic, a bent pole and a worn bag. It does not cover loss, theft, a broken cassette or storm damage outdoors.

And the full cover for a large stand?

A flat €45.00, covering up to €1,500.00. It does not cover deliberate damage or parts missing on return.

How much does a torn graphic cost?

A tear over 3 cm means replacement and the fee is €45.00. A bent roll-up cassette is €65.00, a broken telescopic pole €22.00, a broken magnetic frame segment €85.00.

Is there a fee if the graphic got dusty at the fair?

No. Normal dust from a fair is not charged. The €12.00 fee applies only to a soiled graphic that has to be cleaned.

Printing and files

What file should I send?

PDF in CMYK, 300 dpi for small formats and 150 dpi for banners. Bleed of 3 mm, or 10 mm on banners. Fonts outlined or embedded, black text 100 % K, no RGB and no unflattened transparency. We also accept AI, EPS, TIFF and JPG at 300 dpi.

How long does printing take?

The standard production time is 3 working days. There is a 24-hour express at ×1.35 and same-day at ×1.60. The clock starts after you approve the digital proof.

Do you check the file before printing?

Yes, every order goes through a free file check. After it you receive a digital proof, and printing does not start without your approval.

Why must important text on a roll-up sit 10 cm above the bottom edge?

Because the lower part of the graphic goes into the cassette, so the visible area is smaller than the print. Text placed lower is simply not seen.

Do I need a designer?

If your file is ready, no. If it is not, the design service is a flat €25.00.

Is there a minimum print order value?

Yes, €15.00.

Payment and documents

Are the prices on the site VAT inclusive?

Yes, all prices are in euro with VAT included. You only see figures without VAT on the proforma and on the invoice.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer against a proforma invoice. The bank details are sent together with the proforma. If you collect from the base you can also pay on the spot.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. The invoicing details are entered in the order and the invoice is issued to the company that pays.

Is there a discount for agencies?

Prices on the site are the same for everyone. What agencies gain is different: one logistics group for the whole stand and a final price with VAT you can quote onwards from. For wholesale and B2B terms we work through banner.zone.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Cancel 7 or more days before the rental and 100 % is refunded, 3–6 days before 50 %, 0–2 days before 0 %. The deposit is returned in all cases. Printed material is not refunded once printing has started.
