Payment methods and documents
Payment against a proforma invoice, a deposit with no card hold, when the invoice is issued and what the proforma contains.
Prices on the site include VAT
Every amount you see in the catalogue, in the calculator and in the basket is in euro with VAT included. That is the final price you pay. You only see figures without VAT in the documents — on the proforma invoice and on the invoice, where the taxable base and the VAT are shown separately, as the law requires.
If you are quoting onwards to your own client, work with the final price from the site. It does not change between the order and the proforma.
Proforma invoice before the rental
We work with a proforma invoice. Once we have your order we review it, check availability for your dates and issue a proforma. It contains everything: the stepped rental, printing, delivery, installation, damage cover if you chose it, and the deposit.
A proforma is not an invoice and not a tax document. It is the basis for payment. Your dates are held for you once the payment arrives.
The deposit is on proforma and is not charged to a card
The deposit is an amount per item, set by the structure. It is not blocked on a bank card and it is not held as a pre-authorisation. It appears on the proforma as a separate line, so it is clear that it is not part of the rental.
It is released within 2 working days after the structure is returned and checked. If there is no damage it comes back in full, by the same route it arrived. If there is damage, the damage fees are deducted and the difference is returned with a statement of what was charged.
When the invoice is issued
The invoice is issued after payment, for the amount actually paid for rental, printing and logistics. The deposit is not invoiced while it is a deposit, because it is not revenue — it is a guarantee that goes back. If part of the deposit is withheld for damage, a document is issued for the withheld part.
The invoice goes out by email as a PDF, to the address given in the order.
Payment by bank transfer
This is the main method. You pay against the proforma and write the proforma number as the payment reference. The bank details and IBAN are sent together with the proforma, which is why they are not published here. Payments are matched from the bank information, so for transfers made at the end of the working day the confirmation may come the next working day.
Payment on collection
If you collect from our base in Sofia, 24 Dimitur Mollov str., Sofia, you can pay on the spot when you pick the items up. We work Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 and Sat until 13:00. For Saturday collection agree it with us in advance, because checking the items takes time.
Minimum print order value
The minimum print order value is €15.00. This applies to printing ordered on its own. Printing on a rented structure is a per-item option attached to the rental and is not measured against that minimum — for example 510 g vinyl for a roll-up 85×200 is €24.00.
For companies
Invoicing details are entered in the order itself: company name, company ID, VAT number, registered address and the representative. Enter them before you confirm, because the invoice is issued to the payer and correcting it afterwards is needless work for both sides.
If an agency pays for its client, the invoice is issued to the agency, unless you tell us otherwise in the note field of the order.
