How renting advertising displays works

The idea in two sentences

You pick a display, tell us the dates you need it for and how it should reach you. You pay the rent for those days, a deposit for the item and a one-off print fee if you want a new graphic.

The hardware comes back after the event. The printed graphic stays with you — printing is a one-off job per piece, not a daily fee, and you can reuse it at your next event.

The steps from booking to return

1. Pick a product and your dates. On each product page you enter a start and an end date. The calculator prices the whole period right away.

2. Add print or skip it. If you already have a graphic, choose the no-print option and it costs €0.00. If you want a new one, pick the material.

3. Choose how you get it. Pickup from our base, courier office, courier to your address, or delivery with setup and teardown. Details are on the Delivery and setup page.

4. Send the request. We reply within 2 working hours during business hours — Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat until 13:00.

5. You get a proforma invoice. It lists the rent, the print, the logistics and the deposit. The payment details are on the proforma itself.

6. Send the print file. We check it for free and send you a digital proof. We do not start printing without your approval.

7. Collect or receive the display. Pickup starts at 10:00 on the first day of the rental.

8. Return it by 18:00 on the last day. We inspect the item and release the deposit within 2 working days.

How the price for the days is calculated

Every product has a daily price. A sliding scale is applied on top of it — the longer the rental, the less you pay for each further day. The important part is that each bracket applies only to the days that fall inside it. We do not apply one single percentage to the whole period.

An example on the standard scale with a daily price of €10.00 over 5 days: day one is at 100 %, days two and three at 80 % each, days four and five at 65 % each.

Applies to roll-up banners, feather flags, promo counters and brochure Z-displays.

Scale for large structures

Applies to pop-up walls and modular systems, where the real work is the setup, not the days themselves.

Minimum rental, hours and buffer

• The minimum rental is 1 day. We do not rent by the hour.

• Pickup from the base — from 10:00 on the first day.

• Return — by 18:00 on the last day of the rental.

• After the return we keep a 1 day buffer to inspect and prepare the item, which is why the day right after your rental shows as busy.

Printing is separate from the rental

Print on a rented display is an option per piece at checkout. For a 85×200 roll-up banner, for example, you choose 510 g vinyl at €24.00, PP film at €19.00, or no print if you bring your own graphic.

That amount is paid once, no matter how many days the rental runs. You only return the mechanics — the cassette, the pole, the bag.

Deposit

Every item has a deposit, listed on the product page. It is security for the hardware, not part of the rent.

• The deposit is handled through a proforma invoice. We do not block amounts on cards.

• It is released within 2 working days after the return and the inspection of the item.

• If there is damage, the matching fee from the table on the Damage fees page is deducted from the deposit. The rest comes back to you.

Where you see the final price

The final price shows in two places: in the calculator on the product page, right after you enter the dates and the options, and in the cart, where all items, the logistics and the deposits add up.

All prices on the site are in euro, VAT included. A net amount without VAT appears only in the documents — the proforma and the invoice.
