1 Pick your dates
Rental is charged per day. The daily rate drops for longer periods.
After the return we keep 1 day to check and prepare the unit.

Printing is a one-off production cost per unit and the print stays yours after the rental.

3 Number of displays

Logistics is charged once for the same dates and the same address.
The exact address is filled in at checkout — the price depends only on the city you pick.
Who pays for the transport
Your choice. “In the total” means the fee is added to the amount payable here. “To the courier” means you pay it on the spot when you receive or hand over the parcel.
Not included in the total Shipping is paid by the recipient — around 11.00 € to the courier on delivery. The return after the rental is at your expense — around 11.00 € to the courier.
5 Minor damage cover optional
Covers minor damage — torn banner, bent pole, worn bag. It does not cover loss or a broken cassette.
The longer the rental, the cheaper the day
The daily price drops in steps. Each step applies only to the days inside it — that is why day four is cheaper than day two, while day two is not repriced.

Why the reinforced model
The difference shows up at the third event. Basic cassettes loosen with rolling and the graphic starts sitting crooked; the STRONG mechanism and base are heavier and take dozens of cycles. For rental that is the only sensible choice — the stand you get has already travelled and will travel again.
How much graphic you get
The 120×200 cm format gives 2.40 m² of vertical area. In practice the top two thirds are read from a distance and the bottom third is blocked by people. Put the logo and the main message in the upper half, contacts and the QR code at about a metre and a half from the floor.
With or without print
If you already have a graphic from a previous event, rent the stand alone. If not, order print with the rental — printing is a one-off and the graphic stays with you after the stand goes back. Next time you rent only the hardware and pay less.
When to book
Without print — up to a day before, subject to availability. With print — three working days, so there is time to check the file. Around the big fairs the popular sizes go first, so book two weeks ahead.
What it is used for
Trade fairs and exhibitions, conferences and seminars, product launches, store openings, promotions in shopping centres, lobbies and receptions, registration areas, corporate events.
